While the statute, section 61.13001 has not changed to make it easier, the courts appear to be more willing to grant the request in these difficult financial times. As with any new technology, there are unexpected delays and glitches. The anticipated e-filing for family law cases in the Second Judicial Circuit is authorized but will not be fully operational until June, 2011. Only a few more months!
